When they're eating turkey with tinned cranberries, they can think of those who aren't. Of course, contemplating eating disorders at Christmas is morbid. But then Thin is a coffee-table book on the subject -- chilling and revealing with strangely gorgeous photography. Greenfield's book (and her HBO documentary) are bracing looks at what some experts consider to be the consequence of too much emphasis on perfection and consumption.
